Does this sound like you?
-
Always feeling like you need to double (even triple) check everything. What you've written in a text & how it may offend someone? That your door is locked even when you know you locked it when you came home?
-
Constantly thinking of the worst case scenario and feeling unable to stop overthinking and imagining what could happen. Even when there is 0.3% chance of it happening.
-
Repeatedly performing behaviours, mental rituals or avoiding situations to prevent your thoughts from coming true. It's the only way you can get through the day.
The OCD Action Plan is for you if:
-
If you constantly doubt yourself and struggle with ‘what if’ thinking
-
If you’re tired of temporary relief and want real, long-term change
-
If you want a clear, actionable plan to take back control from OCD
Course curriculum

I've been where you are...
Jess Eden | Anxiety & OCD Therapist | MBACP

But don't just take my word for it...
After one day inside the OCD Action Plan - this member felt they had a plan to recover from their Relationship OCD flare up.
Living with OCD feels overwhelming, and like a constant battle. But recovery can be straightforward - simple and actionable.
And listen to the clients who I have previously worked with
“Jess was incredibly gentle and patient, especially when my mind was going round and round and round. I feel so much lighter and have more clarity.”

“'My child was having difficulty coping with some situations. Her biggest win after working with Jess is having a much more positive outlook. Jess was always welcoming and friendly and made us feel at ease.'”
